Beautiful Esteem
Characteristics
Of golden yellow color, this champagne reveals a fine and subtle nose leaning towards fruit compote. It is ample and lively on the palate with notes of peach or melon.
Dosage: BRUT | 9g/l
Blend
Pinot Noir 30%
Pinot Meunier 40%
Chardonnay 30%
Grapes from "Premier Cru" plots
Food/Wine Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, this cuvée will also be enjoyable in many gastronomic circumstances. Fish or meat with sufficiently firm, dense, and delicate flesh (veal, capon, lobster, sea bass, John Dory)
The two pinots, making up 70%, and the chardonnay contribute to the quality of this aptly named cuvée.
This brut is remarkable in every way with a well-opened nose, fortunately evolved, between pastry, honey, and candied yellow fruits, a greedy palate where we find stewed summer fruits, invigorated by a long lemony, tangy, and fresh finish.

It will pair well with all desserts. Excellent with foie gras.
“A balanced demi-sec of pinots and chardonnay, with aromas of ripe fruits and caramel. The finish reveals a slight bitterness.”
